Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation: Customers may request to cancel their enrollment in the online course within 7 days of the course start date. Requests must be submitted in writing to programmanager@shaktileadership.com.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame, minus any applicable processing fees. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after this period.
3. Course Completion: Once a customer has accessed course materials or completed at least 20% percent of the course, they are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a cancellation request. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.
5. Exceptions: In rare cases of course cancellation by the Shakti Leadership Mission, customers will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
